Wheels
Due to the extreme stresses when driving, cornering and high jumps, the design of the wheel and the materials used are of great importance. Thanks to the right flexibility and strength, the Louise RC wheels can withstand these heavy forces. The Louise RC wheels
are made of a mixture of high-quality nylon granules, with or without fiber filling. These composite materials were developed by Dupont especially for Louise RC.

Tire inserts
The tires are mounted either with special pre-formed foam inserts or with cut-to-size foam inserts. The inserts are selected in a specific density and size to ensure perfect cushioning and dimensional stability of the tire.

Mounted – glued
Due to the extreme forces, the tire must be firmly attached to the wheel. Louise RC takes great care to glue the tires correctly. For years they have been looking for the best way to glue the tires well, but also cleanly. Today Louise RC is considered one of the best in the RC industry. The tires are glued with a special cyanoacrylate rubber adhesive. This glue has been specially developed for Louise RC to guarantee a perfect solid bond that can withstand all extreme forces.

The following steps are carried out in production at Louise RC to obtain a perfect bond;
The rings of the rubber tire to be bonded are lightly sanded and degreased.
The surface of the wheel to which the tire is to be glued is sanded and degreased.
The tire is glued to the wheel using a special dispensing machine with cyanoacrylate glue. This ensures that the same amount of glue is always applied.
The glued tire is pressed for a certain time to ensure perfect bonding and curing.
Each tire undergoes a spin and pull test to ensure perfect bonding.

MFT technology
MFT stands for microfiber technology. This technology indicates the presence of a textile belt in the rubber tread of the tire to prevent the tire from deforming and swelling at high speeds.

MFT technology keeps the tire in shape, even during strong acceleration and high-speed driving.
The familiar inflation of a normal tire without MFT technology, which disrupts the entire shape and changes the diameter of the tire under these extreme conditions, is now a thing of the past. MFT technology ensures increased stability, significantly more road contact and a longer tire life.

Important:
The tire with MFT technology is usually a bit heavier and larger than regular tires without MFT technology. We recommend that you check your gear ratio and adjust it if necessary. We also recommend updating your steering servo as these tires offer more grip and can overload a standard servo.

SPORT Compound
Louise RC has years of experience in producing high performance tires for RC cars. The RC hobby driver has completely different tire requirements than the RC competition driver. From this experience the special sport rubber compound was developed. The sport rubber compound comes in 2 densities, soft or medium soft. For the lighter 1/10 cars, the soft compound is mainly used and for the more powerful, usually heavier 1/8 models the medium soft compound is used.

The sport rubber compound tyre has the following properties:
particularly wear-resistant
offers excellent road-holding and steering precision
offers excellent grip on different types of surfaces
compatible with the high-performance values of today’s RC vehicles
